About Dr. James Martin
Dr. James Martin is deeply committed to providing exceptional patient care through lifelong learning and continual refinement of his clinical skills. Since earning his Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from Boston University in 2011, he has pursued advanced education well beyond the requirements for licensure. Following dental school, he completed a one-year General Practice Residency at Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn, New York, where he received extensive training in comprehensive and complex dental care.
Today, Dr. Martin and his team continue to invest in the latest advancements in dentistry, including digital treatment planning, facial scanning, and modern digital workflows that improve precision, efficiency, and patient experience. His passion for excellence drives him to complete more than 200 hours of continuing education each year, learning from many of the world’s leading educators in restorative, cosmetic, and implant dentistry.
Dr. Martin is also Kois-trained, having completed advanced education through the internationally respected Kois Center. This comprehensive training emphasizes evidence-based diagnosis, treatment planning, aesthetics, and long-term oral health, allowing him to provide personalized care designed to achieve beautiful, lasting results.

When he’s not at the office, Dr. Martin enjoys taking advantage of everything Colorado has to offer with his wife, Kelly, their son, Max, their dog, Goose, and their two cats, Gilligan and Flossie. An avid outdoor enthusiast, his favorite hobbies include rock climbing, mountaineering, and skiing. Since welcoming Max in 2021, however, many weekends are happily spent exploring local playgrounds, hiking family-friendly trails, and introducing him to the adventures that make Colorado such a wonderful place to call home.
