For large-scale teeth replacement, dentures are a great option. With the latest technology and techniques, we can give you your smile back.
These tooth replacement options are easy, customized, and comfortable. With over 2000 hours of continuing education, Dr. James Martin ensures that you have the right tooth replacement options for your lifestyle and goals.
We offer removable partial dentures, removable full arch dentures, and state-of-the-art permanent or snap-on dentures, supported by implants.
Implant-Supported Dentures
We utilize many different kinds of implant-supported dentures to bring your permanent restoration options. Implant-supported dentures work best if you qualify for implants and can undergo surgery for placement.
All-On-X
All-on-X, similar to the All-on-4® treatment concept, restores your entire arch or smile with the placement of anywhere between 4–6 implants. These are permanent restorations that do not get removed.
Instead of one implant for every tooth, we create a custom denture that will permanently attach to your implants. This creates stability and a smile that looks just like normal teeth.
Snap-On Dentures
With snap-on-dentures, we place 4–6 dentures to hold your snap-on dentures. We then create custom dentures that will snap onto your implants. You can remove them at any time, allowing you to experience the comfort of traditional dentures but the durability of implant-supported dentures.
With snap-on dentures, you can eat what you would like and have your speech restored.
Implant-Supported Partials
If you need to replace a section of your teeth permanently, consider using a dental bridge supported by implants. This is a new section of just a few teeth—rather than a whole arch—that uses implants to meld perfectly with your existing teeth. This option is particularly useful for people who have experienced dental trauma and have lost a couple of teeth.
Our Traditional Dentures
Traditional dentures have made leaps and bounds in advancements in the past several years. Backed up by Dr. Martin’s 2000+ hours of post-residential training, you can expect traditional dentures that enhance the function and appearance of your smile.
Full-Arch Removable Dentures
If you are looking for a way to replace an entire arch of teeth without undergoing surgery, these customized dentures, also called traditional dentures, can do just that for you. At James Martin, DMD, we create custom dentures that will fit snugly over your gum line. You will then use a specialized dental adhesive to keep them secure.
Partials
Partials will restore a portion of your arch, either just a few teeth or a large portion of your arch. They are removable, and customized, just like our full arch dentures. They will use your gums and perhaps surrounding teeth to stay secure throughout your day.
The Benefits of Dentures
Each kind of denture solution that James Martin, DMD, offers has its own benefits. If you pursue implant-supported dentures, they have their own special benefits, such as:
- Permanence | Implants are intended to last a lifetime, making this an investment that you will likely not need to replace as you use your new smile.
- Jawbone Stabilization | Implants are unique in the fact that they don’t just help your facial structure, but your jawbone health and structure.
- Durability | You can use your new implant-supported dentures just like regular teeth, allowing you to have a regular diet and maintain regular oral health practices.
If you choose to receive traditional benefits or a traditional partial, you can experience:
- Custom Dentures | Our dentures are custom to your smile, which minimizes slipping and improves comfort.
- Improved Cosmetics | No longer will you have to handle gaps in your smile that make you self-conscious. Instead, you can have a bright and whole smile.
- Revitalization of Facial Structure | Missing teeth can lead to your cheeks sagging or appearing sunken. Dentures can bring back your youthfulness.
- Return of Function | Dentures allow you to have a return in speech and day-to-day function. You can eat the foods you enjoy once more.

Frequently Asked Questions About Dentures
You may be wondering lots of things about dentures and their process. Each treatment looks a bit different, but we can help you feel prepared before getting your smile restored.
What is the process for getting dentures?
The process for getting implant-supported dentures starts with placing your dental implants. After the implants have integrated with your jawbone, we will take a digital impression of your smile and design your dentures using exoCAD software. Our focus is on comfort and aesthetics to ensure your new smile looks and feels natural.
Once the design is complete, we send the digital information to a lab, where your custom implant-supported dentures are crafted. We can then secure these dentures to your dental implants for a secure new smile.
Traditional dentures follow a similar process for the creation but will be secured differently.

Do dentures slip and fall out?
While dentures used to be loose, maybe even changing speech patterns, our modern dentures are much more customized to your gumline and utilize adhesive that is strong and safe for your smile. This means that your new smile will remain comfortably attached to your gumline.
If you choose any of our implant-supported denture options, your teeth will be as secure as your natural teeth once were.
How do I know if I am a candidate for implant-supported dentures?
Implants require that your jawbone is dense enough to hold the implants securely. If your jawbone has lost density, we may recommend that you receive a bone graft before you receive implants, or pursue traditional dentures.
We evaluate your bone density and overall oral health during your consultation with us. We use advanced scanning technology, such as CBCT imaging and intraoral scanners. These are non-invasive ways to see how your jawbone is doing.
Are implant-supported dentures permanent?
Implants are small posts placed inside your jawbone. Those are permanent, no matter the style of denture you receive on top of them. If you decide to go with snap-on dentures, the implants are permanent, but the dentures themselves are not; they can be removed at any time, leaving the implants anchored in your jaw.
If you decide to go with permanent implant-supported dentures, they remain connected to your implants. If they are damaged they can be replaced while leaving the implants in your jawbone.
