Kelly, Office Manager
My name is Kelly, and I’m the office manager at James Martin, DMD. I have been in the health care field as a Speech Language Pathologist for over 10 years. I absolutely love helping people and being the authority as their resource for their questions and needs. Helping someone achieve their goals is one of the most rewarding aspects of life. As a therapist, I’m well aware of how teeth affect the function and appearance of your mouth, as I also specialized in swallowing disorders along with speech and language. I fell into dentistry because I happened to marry this wonderful dentist who had a vision for an incredible dental practice, where patients received high-end, personalized care. James Martin, DMD is a family business, and I needed to put my heart into it full-time so it can continue to grow and thrive for our patients. I’m so lucky to have this opportunity, and I want to make sure everyone who steps into our practice is met with comfort, warmth, and a strong sense of care. I am originally from northern New York, where the winters are frigid and the summers are humid – so I’m in love with the weather in Colorado! Dr. Martin and I have a one-year-old, Max, who has become my main hobby. Seeing him grow, learn, and explore is my favorite thing to participate in. We also have two dogs that we cherish. You’ll probably find us at one of the many local playgrounds on the weekend. I also really enjoy design, hiking, and being lazy watching shows or chatting with my friends after a long day of changing lives!
Kent, Dental Assistant
My name is Kent. I’m a dental assistant and am relatively new to the field. I am a Colorado native and the father of two boys. I enjoy playing music, watching The Simpsons, and animals of all kinds. I love to make people laugh and want to help everyone smile more!
Marie, Dental Hygienist
My name is Marie, and my life is complicated in the best of ways! I have lived in 3 countries, including 3 different states, and have also had a few different careers before finding my true passion in dentistry almost 10 years ago. I went back to school in 2018 to get my dental hygiene license and it has been everything I’ve ever dreamed of: I love everything about teeth and preventive healthcare. Empowering patients to do the best for their oral health at home is one of my favorite things in the world.
Outside the office, I’m usually enjoying the outdoors in the company of my husband or catching a yoga class. I also love meeting new people!
Sabrina, Patient Coordinator & Dental Assistant
My name is Sabrina, and I serve a dual purpose at James Martin, DMD. I am a patient coordinator as well as a dental assistant. Seven years ago, my passion for dentistry was born! I have always been interested in teeth and the anatomy behind them, which is what lead me to dental school in 2014. The reason I will probably never leave dentistry as that there is nothing more rewarding than creating a relationship with a patient, being there for all their dental needs, and seeing them leave happy with the smile they have always wanted! I moved to Denver about three years ago and am originally from Germany, due to both my parents being in the military growing up. My favorite hobbies are snowboarding all winter, any type of DIY crafts at home, or traveling anywhere international or tropical. When I’m not working or snowboarding, you can find me spending my time with my pup Riley or going to outdoor shows and art walks.
RICHELLE, PATIENT COORDINATOR
My name is Richelle and I’m a patient coordinator. I am relatively new to the dental industry. I choose health care because health is crucial in order to function in life. Many people take it for granted and I hope I can help remind people of its importance of it. I enjoy working with people and building relationships, and this is why I wanted to join James Martin DMD. After all, dentistry is one of the many ways where one fix can make a huge impact on someone’s life. Seeing patients whom I’ve built relationships with and who benefit from dental work will truly be amazing.
I am born and raised in Colorado. I enjoy being outdoors, whether it be just a nice walk with the dog or some cardio hiking in the mountains, I really just love the sun. We’re blessed to be in a state that provides so many sunny days for us. I like to travel where ever there is a beach and beautiful weather. Colorado is so dry, so I will take advantage of any humidity when I can get it. So far, Florida has been our go-to state for some fun in the sun. My goal is to explore more beaches outside of the US. Maybe Costa Rica next. I am very family oriented. In fact, if you catch me outside of work, I am usually with a large group of my siblings. I love participating in family traditions and I do my best to keep them alive.
