What Is the All-on-X Teeth Replacement System?
All-on-X represents an approach to restoring your smile, using 4–8 dental implants that support an entire permanent denture. This innovative treatment is crafted to offer a permanent, functional solution for missing teeth.
Dr. Martin will plan exactly where your implants should go in your arch, accounting for face shape and optimal security for your dentures. We may use a variety of dental implants to make this possible.
All-on-X permanent dentures often require shorter recovery methods and can permanently anchor your teeth for optimal function.
We design your dentures to complement your face and fill out your cheeks to prevent facial sagging. Once you have your permanent dentures, you will immediately notice an improvement in your entire face’s aesthetic appearance.
Experience the Restorative Benefits of All-on-X
All-on-X offers a stable, long-term solution for replacing an entire arch of missing or failing teeth, restoring both function and confidence in a natural-looking way. Because the prosthetic teeth are securely anchored, patients can eat, speak, and smile without the movement or discomfort often associated with removable dentures.
This approach also helps support the jawbone and facial structure, preserving a more youthful appearance over time. With a streamlined treatment process and results designed to last, All-on-X allows patients to move forward with a smile that feels secure, comfortable, and fully their own.
We fully customize the aesthetic experience of your new permanent dentures, so they match you and your smile in the way you want.

Who Can Benefit from All-on-X?
We recommend that patients receive All-on-X if they are struggling with many missing teeth in an entire arch of their smile. All-on-X is typically recommended for patients who fit the following criteria:
- Significant Tooth Loss or Failing Teeth | All-on-X is often recommended for patients who are missing multiple teeth or whose remaining teeth are damaged, worn down, or no longer stable. This solution allows many compromised teeth to be replaced at once with a full, functional smile.
- Difficulty with Traditional Dentures | If removable dentures slip, cause sore spots, or make eating and speaking uncomfortable, All-on-X can provide a more secure, confidence-boosting alternative that stays firmly in place.
- Adequate Jawbone Support—or Options to Improve It | Many patients qualify even with some bone loss, thanks to strategic implant placement. During your consultation, your dentist will evaluate whether your bone structure can support All-on-X or if preparatory treatments may help.
- Good Overall Health | Candidates should be in stable general health and able to heal normally after dental procedures. Certain medical conditions do not automatically disqualify patients but may require additional planning.
- Commitment to Oral Hygiene | While All-on-X restorations cannot get cavities, the gums and implants still require daily care. Patients who are willing to maintain consistent oral hygiene and routine dental visits tend to see the best long-term results.
- Desire for a Long-Term Solution | All-on-X is ideal for patients looking for a permanent, fixed alternative to removable dentures—one that restores comfort, function, and confidence in everyday life.
All-on-X can even work for those with low jaw-bone density who have had missing teeth for many years or are transitioning from traditional dentures. We also offer gum or bone grafts to help you prepare for implant placement surgery. Benefiting Your Health
Did you know that if you are missing teeth, it can impact your oral health and your overall health? Missing teeth can threaten the health of your jawbone and your surrounding teeth. You may notice:
- Increased decay around the gaps in your teeth
- Facial sagging or jaw pain
- Teeth moving out of alignment to fill the gap
- Gum issues in the gaps in your teeth.
Dental implants, especially All-on-X, replace a full arch that may be impacting your oral health.
Your dental health ties directly into your overall health, so it is important to take care of your oral health to prevent any additional problems from growing. When you receive treatment from us, you will get a comprehensive exam that goes beyond just oral health to make sure that you are living your healthiest life possible.
Prioritizing your overall health will make your restoration through All-on-X last longer and be more successful. Quality treatments elevate the quality of your health.
In crafting any treatment to support overall health, your care must be catered to your specific needs. That is why we make every treatment customized to your smile and goals—and promote a healthy foundation for an active life.
